Knee rehab is a full time job

Yes, it's been two weeks since my last post.  PT continues to whip my ass twice a week and I push forward on the off days keeping up my exercises, trying to walk normally and do as much yoga as I can.

I've managed to get to a few yoga classes: restorative, slow (very slow for me) flow etc.

I continue to feel most at home on my yoga mat and keep trying bring that feeling with me throughout the day.  When I'm not doing PT or yoga I'm trying to find a job....something besides bedside NICU, something besides travel nursing (however, given the devastation in California this week, I am wondering if a travel assignment out there would be a way to help out)

Every day is either an upbeat optimistic day or a dark day when it's a major struggle to hold on to a glimmer of "everything will be ok."  Nights are especially difficult.  Sleep ether eludes me either because of my racing thoughts and worries of where I'll find a job, where I'll be living, and how I'm going to make ends meet; or my knee/leg throbbing, hurting and a total inability to get comfortable for more than 10 minuets at a time.  Or both.
This week I added a horrible cold on top of all of the above.

So one day at a time.   PT.....Yoga......Rest......Repeat

Knee looking pretty good....flexion coming back
